The check, in process was delayed even after reaching the hotel after the scheduled time.

Location was somewhat convenient, as it was close to some tourist spots. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival, which was a relief.

Had to wait 20 minutes for the room, but the staff was unapologetic. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we could clearly feel the springs.

Another great advantage was the hotel's stylish decor, which made my stay relaxing and refreshing. All in all, it was a fantastic Xmas treat!

Could improve on the Gym the gym could be better equipped with modern facilities as the outdated ones are dysfunctional, and the limited exercise options were disappointing. the internet connection wasn't strong enough as I experienced a few disruptions in my online meetings.
